Misuse of corporate assets, corruption, illegal taking of interest, money laundering, aggravated tax fraud. Proceedings before the Paris Correctional Court and the French National Financial Prosecutor's Office. CJIP negotiated agreements. Civil-party constitutions.

Misdemeanours and felonies brought before Paris courts. Cour d'assises. Correctional court. Appeals and Supreme Court petitions. The firm does not accept traffic offences or legal-aid mandates.

Police custody and free interview

Attendance from the first hour. Notification of rights, access to the file under article 63-4-1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, assistance during questioning. Free interview before judicial police officers (audition libre).

Cybercrime

Offences against automated data processing systems, organised online fraud, disputes involving digital assets. Coordination with JUNALCO and the Paris Prosecutor's cybercrime section (J3).

III. Fees

A consultation first.

€450 excluding VAT — 1h30.

Initial consultation. Written quote provided at the close of the meeting. Written fee agreement signed before any action at the file.

IV. Continuity of defence

Police custody desk.

Seven days a week — existing clients of the firm only. Continuity of defence during police custody is provided after the fee agreement is signed. The dedicated number is communicated at signature.
